With a profound understanding of our client's hiring challenges and pain-points, Bradley delivers tailored solutions and unparalleled client satisfaction based on authenticity, value and trust.

Originally from Australia - Bradley has lived in Singapore since mid-2012.

Beyond work, Bradley cherishes quality time with his family and indulges his passions for travel and cooking, fostering a balanced approach to life and work. 

Tennille boasts over two decades of experience across various HR functions, including Business Partnering, Learning and Development, Talent Retention, and Talent Acquisition. 

She has worked across multiple industries while living and working in Australia, Singapore, the United Kingdom, Ireland and the Czech Republic. 

Tennille's diverse background and passion for helping people to reach their full potential, has enabled us to develop our Integration Coaching Journey into both a core "USP" within our Executive Search business as well as a growing stand-alone solution for clients who are wanting to enhance and invest in new joiner orientation and onboarding commitments.
