With a profound understanding of our client's hiring challenges and pain-points, Bradley delivers tailored solutions and unparalleled client satisfaction based on authenticity, value and trust.

Originally from Australia - Bradley has lived in Singapore since mid-2012.

Beyond work, Bradley cherishes quality time with his family and indulges his passions for travel and cooking, fostering a balanced approach to life and work. 

Sharon joined MBR SEARCH with over a decade of expertise in Executive Search and Talent Acquisition - she is renowned for spearheading senior-level searches and playing a pivotal role in enabling organisational growth.

Sharon's diverse background encompasses both self-employment and corporate roles - developing comprehensive expertise in delivering Search mandates across a broad range of roles within Corporate Functions, HR and C-Suite.

Sharon's unwavering commitment to excellence and her innate ability to forge meaningful connections underscore her dedication to ensuring client success. 

Outside of work, Sharon finds joy in cherishing family moments, exploring culinary delights through cooking, expressing herself through dance, and embarking on enriching travel adventures which broaden her horizons and inspire new perspectives. 

Victor joined MBR SEARCH with over 20 years of global expertise gained within Search firms and in-house Talent Acquisition roles in Australia, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore.

Having worked with Fortune 500 companies such as Western Digital and Flex, Victor's career reflects a commitment to excellence and a diverse professional background. Victor's proficiency in TA operations, systems, and executive recruiting enriches our client engagements with innovative solutions and fresh perspectives. 

Outside of work, Victor enjoys travel, badminton, soccer, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle - embodying a balanced approach to both personal and professional endeavours.

Tennille boasts over two decades of experience across various HR functions, including Business Partnering, Learning and Development, Talent Retention, and Talent Acquisition. 

She has worked across multiple industries while living and working in Australia, Singapore, the United Kingdom, Ireland and the Czech Republic. 

Tennille's diverse background and passion for helping people to reach their full potential, has enabled us to develop our Integration Coaching Journey into both a core "USP" within our Executive Search business as well as a growing stand-alone solution for clients who are wanting to enhance and invest in new joiner orientation and onboarding commitments.

Tennille's passion for driving inclusive teams through leadership and her extensive experience with diverse teams globally, underscores her commitment to fostering and enabling organisational growth.
