We use a globally renowned personality data-platform - allowing us to understand the personality and behavioural traits which the hiring manager is seeking, before deploying a range of personality & psychometric assessments to deliver our clients with meaningful insights into every candidate that we shortlist.

   Our approach enables us to look beyond a candidate's professional background and/or technical experiences and evaluate their potential ‘fit’ relative to the personality and behavioural traits which the Hiring Manager is seeking.


We deploy highly respected personality & psychometric assessments such as DISC, Big-5, Enneagram, 16 Personalities (MBTI) and Strengths & Values to provide our clients with highly insightful Interview Guides.
